Run the Wiki Compiler Agent
Compile missing papers by batch, or recompile a single document when its extracted text improves.
Incremental mode is safe: existing paper pages are never rewritten, even if an
API client accidentally sends recompile=true.
System refresh only regenerates AGENTS.md, index.md and log.md. It never recompiles document wiki pages.
